Booking Window: All sessions must be booked at least 7 days in advance.

Agreement: Agreeing to this policy is considered equivalent to signing a contract.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. The deposit amount varies based on the type of session.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of your session or prior.

Payment Methods: Accepted forms of payment are:

• Credit/Debit Card (online)

• Cash

Punctuality:

• Clients must arrive on time. Delays of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

• Amber typically arrives 10–20 minutes early to set up, depending on the session.

Travel & Location:

• On-location shoots only – there is no studio available.

• Travel is included in all session fees (local service area).

Newborn Photography:

• Select props are available.

• Clients must bring extra outfits, props, and personal items.

Minors:

• A parent or guardian must be present at all times during sessions involving children.

Liability: Snapshots by Amber is not liable for injuries sustained during a session.

Conduct: Amber reserves the right to cancel a session due to unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

Delivery Timeline: Final edited images will be delivered within 14 business days.

Editing: All delivered images include professional editing (color correction, basic retouching).

Copyright: Amber retains full copyright to all images.

Usage:

• Clients receive personal-use rights only.

• Images may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

• Clients are welcome to share web-sized images with visible credit to:

  • 📸 @snapshotsbyamberr on Instagram and Facebook.

Promotional Use:

• Unless requested otherwise in writing, Snapshots by Amber may use your images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes (website, social media, print).

Client Cancellation:

• Cancellations 48+ hours before your session allow your deposit to be transferred to a new date within 15 days.

• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in:

  • Forfeiture of your deposit

  • Your card being charged the full session price.

Photographer Cancellation:

• In the rare event Amber must cancel, you will receive a full refund or be offered rescheduling.

Weather & Emergencies:

• Outdoor shoots may be rescheduled due to weather conditions.

• Emergency rescheduling is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Mini Sessions & Promotions:

• All mini sessions and seasonal promotions are non-refundable.

• Time limits apply strictly.

• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
